SURVEY MANAGER

Wayne Lockman is the Survey Manager at Whipple Consulting Engineers. He joined WCE in 2022, but has over 15 years of experience as a surveyor. He is proficient with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, elevation certificates, LOMAS, platting, land descriptions, drafting and title report review. He has mastered survey work in multiple jurisdictions.
